  • Paid Membership: Free of charge — no commission or fees on purchases or sales.

  • Free Membership: 1% fee, minimum USD 5 and capped at USD 20 per purchase or sale.

BASIC MARKETPLACE RULES

1. Buying Terms

All purchases of ALPROCK COIN ($ALPR) are processed directly through our platform.

  • Membership Required: Every buyer must hold an active membership account (Free or Paid) and complete full KYC verification prior to purchase.

  • Invoice & Payment: After placing an order, an invoice will be automatically issued and sent by email. Payment must be completed within 24 hours. Unpaid invoices automatically expire and the order will be deleted.

  • Confirmation: Once payment is received, a digital certificate of purchase will be sent by email as proof of ownership.

  • Right to Decline: ALPROCK CRYPTO reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its discretion.

2. Discount & Promotional Terms

Promotional or bonus tokens (e.g., Free Coins, Black Friday, Christmas, or similar campaigns):

  • Are fully eligible for the Buy-Back Guarantee, based on the live market price at the time of redemption (not the minimal buy price).

  • Must be held for at least 90 days before they can be resold or redeemed.

  • Are issued exclusively for marketing purposes and hold no separate investment rights beyond those stated in the offer.

  • All forecasts, results, and offers are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

  • Investing in digital assets involves risk, and prices may fluctuate significantly.

3. Selling Terms

  • Buy-Back Guarantee: During the pre-sale phase, ALPROCK CRYPTO guarantees to repurchase tokens at the higher of the minimum purchase price or the current live market price.

  • Selling Channels: Tokens can be sold only on our official platform during pre-sales.

  • After Pre-Sales: Once listed externally, free trading will become available on selected partner platforms under the same general conditions of fair market value and KYC compliance.

  • Processing: All sell requests are reviewed and verified for compliance before payment.

4. KYC (Know Your Customer)

KYC verification is mandatory for all users, including free members. This process ensures compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. Users must submit valid identification and proof of address before buying or selling any tokens.
